Leeds Federated is continuing to develop new homes which offer value for money for the organisation and are affordable for our customers.� We?re committed to delivering 1,500 new affordable homes over a ten-year period.

The vacancy

This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join our Development Team and support our programme of new homes.� �

As Development Coordinator, you?ll provide high quality admin support for the team so we?re looking for someone who has strong IT and organisational skills. You?ll also be a great communicator with excellent standards of customer care.

Whilst having experience of development processes, construction or home building would be helpful, we?re willing to train the right person.�

The role is varied, and you?ll have opportunities to assist in managing individual projects, or aspects of them.

Your other main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate data on our housing management and project management systems
• Managing the defects process with contractors and house builders, providing status updates and emerging trends and themes
• Managing the Property Handover Sheet and assisting the team with the process of handing over new homes to the organisation and customers
